Carol Caskey Weston, painter and printmaker, was born on April 13, 1894. Her medium was primarily watercolor but she also produced a few color woodcuts. She was married to Joseph Weston, an architect, and they lived in El Monte in southern California in the 1920s and 1930s. Weston exhibited her work at Bullocks Wilshire and she was included in the 1927 exhibition of the California Watercolor Society mounted at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. The lack of exhibition records suggests that she worked primarily for her own pleasure. Weston died in May of 1975.
