Little is found on the life and career of photographer, painter, digital artist and printmaker Stephen "Steve" Ludlum. He was born around 1950 and he exhibited at the Oil & Steel gallery and the Art Galaxy gallery in New York in the 1980s. He has been associated with the Washington, D.C. arts scene as well, including the Washington Project for the Arts.
