The only mention of an artist who went by "L.S. Day" is in a 1991 Los Angeles Times article about a muralist who was painting a mural dedicated to world peace. It was placed on the side of the Allan Jeffries gallery, owned by Allan Marion, located at 3rd St. and Sweetzer Ave. The article mentions that he goes by "Larry" and that he is 53 years old.
