Description
This drawing is signed by Higgins in the lower right and annnotated "A.H. Cole". There is a proof of the etching "Figures and Ruins" on the verso, which was done around 1944 and won a Second Prize at a Library of Congress "Second National Exhibition of Prints Made During the Current Year" in 1944.
