A miniature watercolor copy the poster by Georges Goursat (French: 1863 - 1934), who used the name "Sem" to sign many of his illustrations - though Koenigsegg has omitted his name in this image for unknown reasons. Juanita de Frezia was a Spanish dancer, actor, and model who performed during the Belle Epoque with Theatre du Vaudeville, Theatre Michel, and the Folies-Bergere. She would go on to act in silent films through the 1910s and '20s, and was a muse for French fashion designer Jeanne Paquin.
According to Swann Galleries, Juanita secured her place in fin-de-siècle lore with this tale: "...one evening while dining in Maxim's with a Russian grand duke, a young man tried to flirt with her. Furious, the performer threw her shoe at the young man, who filled it with champagne, and returned it to Juanita with a bouquet of orchids, thus beginning the legendary and decadent trend of drinking champagne from a woman's shoe."
Aside from the missing initials, Koenigsegg everything else is faithfully copied in miniature, including the castanets, ribbons, and racy open bodice of her costume.
