Reflection has many common elements with the aquatints Paris used in the Hosaannah Suite but no other impressions have appeared. Perhaps the plate was lost or damaged. Paris uses a broad, calligraphic line in this work and his use of the roulette and etching brings to mind the work of Rouault. For more information on Paris see our Biography above.
