Description
A portfolio of 13 pochoir colored images illustrate the song "Widdicombe Fair", a popular dance melody in England at the time, and the title page is the sheet music. Each illustration is tipped-in, on antique-white wove loose support sheets, as issued. The portfolio is bound in maroon leather with cotton ties. A smaller version of the final image, a "ghost horse", is pasted onto the back of the portfolio; a vignette of a man's side profile is on the inside of the title page, along with a lable stating the artist's name and the publisher's information.
