From the portfolio "Mexican Art - A Portfolio of Mexican People and Places" a portfolio of 12 lithographs, 10 black and white, 2 color by the Taller de Graphica Popular, Mexico, D.F. depicting workers in various geographical Mexican states. This image shows a mine worker in the city of Pachuca in the state of Hidalgo. It is claimed that Alonso Rodriguez de Salgado found the first mineral deposits on his ranch on the outskirts of Pachuca.
