Eugene Blumkin (Evgeny Blyumkin) is a Russian printmaker, best known for his mezzotints but who also works in etching, engraving, lithography,and woodcuts. Married to artist Margarita Lobanov, they live in St. Petersburg, Russia. This image is from a series of prints titled 'Old Romance', published in 1992.
