A large color woodcut by German printmaker Oscar Droege. Most of his color woodcuts were not editioned but are assumed to be 100 or fewer.

Oscar Droege and fellow German artist Werner Lange traveled throughout Europe and Scandinavia before he was drafted into the German army in WWII. His love of the rugged coastal landscape and fishing villages are displayed in this print of a Norwegian fjord town.
