Description
An image of the "Three Arches Bridge", or Ponte dei Tre Archi, located in the south-west area of Cannaregio. The baroque three-tiered footbridge was built in 1681 and is the last of its kind in Venice. It is thought that this print's title, "Canale di S. Giobbe", is in reference to the church and square named for Saint Job, or San Giobbe, which lay just beyond this viewpoint.
