Description
San Gimignano is a medieval town in the Province of Siena, Tuscany, in north central Italy. Depicted are some of the towers the town is known for--there are fourteen in all--and it remains one of the last towns in the province to retain the majority of its medieval structures, despite war and urban renewal.
