La Rive Gauche was a portfolio that contained a group of woodcuts and drawings by Howard Simon. It was published in Paris in 1926 at the Abbaye by J. McMullin. Elliot H. Paul wrote the introduction. The portfolio was not bound but had a hard cover with ribbon ties. The "drawings" appear to be lithographs. There were 125 copies and numbers 26 through 125 were numbered. Our portfolio is numbered 42. The paper is Montval. There doesn't appear to be a page listing the individual titles of the works included.
