Description
A view from Fuji jukkei is the fifth of the Ten views of Mount Fuji series , 1928. Yoshida used 10 blocks and a total of 39 impressions to achieve this image. The blocks for this image were cut by Mayeda. According to the Toledo catalogue the initial edition was 95 impressions.
Mountain climbers in grey-blue ascend the upper slopes of Mount Fuji in a sea of multi toned clouds as the sky above begins to clear.
