Description
"Rousselaere" is also known as Roeselare or Roulers. It is located in the West Flanders Province in northwest Belgium, on the Mandel River. The town was nearly two thirds destroyed during the bombings of WWI. The church of Saint Michael, the subject of this woodcut, survived with minimal damage.
