This sculptural abstraction was printed in a blue-black ink that enhances its dimensionality. Lightened sculptural elements seemingly float against a dark, highly textured background. The entire surface of the plate is worked and engages the viewer with a sense that the imagery is still unfolding, still working its way to the surface. It was printed in proofs only at Atelier 17 in Paris.
