Description

As yet, nothing is found regarding the mid 20th century artist Hans Buchner, though he was clearly a talented printmaker. This composition has been done entirely in aquatint which lends a softness to the rigid, architectural shapes executed in a collection of grays. Buchner has created a sense of something urban and nocturnal, like a freeway flyover or a tunnel with passing overhead lights.
