This etching was published in an edition of 250 by Associated American Artists in New York. The artist recently noted "I think that most of us printmakers made an edition for Sylvan Cole. It was a badge of honor to work with him on these projects. I did a print for him in an edition of 250, (Sylvan had them printed, all I had to do is sign them), and was happy to receive my check for $2.00 per print. At the time, I think 1978, $500.00 was quite a deal, plus the notoriety that we imagined."
